Question R25 Centre Console?

Hello all!!

Does anyone know how to fit a R25 centre console to a R114, how hard is it and is much involed?

Any pics or recomendations for fitting another one?

And another thing! I have the fake wood on dash, just wondering if anyone knows if they clip out and back in? as i want to key down and spray black?

Loads of people have fitted them (same as R200 consol)

All you have to do it cut it off where the main section meets the dash

Had one in mine for a while, although a Citroen AX consol fits abit better

Garages
the wood pannels are bolted to the dash, you can unscrew them from the other side. ie remove glove box and fusebox cover to gain access.

Personnaly i've not fitted the consoles as I think it takes up too much room in the small cabin although they do look good and the tape holder i've never seen being used. So 90's lol.

lol, i want the centre storage place as some where to throw my mobile! and thanks 4 the help with them pannels. any ideas what to do with them? paint or carbon wrap????

Instead of a Rover 25 console, use a Citroen AX one. Its much more in keeping with the rest of the squarish Metro dash and its a popular upgrade, go onto metropower.org.uk for details of people's journals etc..
