    £41.13 +P&P on ebay, but my mate lives up Preston way, so didn't have to pay postage. The THS one is £50+ £6 p&p and the forge one is £80.08 I think. They're all exactly the same though

    Yeah it's the 6 speed box and the quickshift comes with 3 different pins to cater for all the different fitmenents used on the cables

    Fitted the quickshift in about 5 mins set it to shortest throw and took it for a spin to check I hadn't ballsed it up and lost gears or anything daft. Amazing improvement, the shortness of the throw is great and the extra bit of effort required to change gear makes it feel much more solid, yet it doesn't make it notchy.

    Absolutely love it, exactly the same as the forge one and at half the price!

    I haven't started with the flip-key yet.. my dad's got a VW Transporter, (company vehicle), so I'm just gonna steal the spare flip-key and get a blank blade for it.

    Saw your post about ballsing up the transponder on the MK4 FAQ thread... scared me into not doing mine for the time being.. You can get the transponders for peanuts, so may have to find someone who's got VAG-Tacho, so I can programme a fresh transponder, rather than butchering my Valet Key, as my VAG COM cable doesn't work with VAG Tacho

    Here's my latest piece of handy-work.. is now in the garage having been filled, primed and sprayed.
