    Hello matey! I'm pretty new to the forum but it looks like your the guy to come to to talk about remaps! Im in ripon so not too far from you aswell! anyway, ive got a zr td with sdi injectors, diy decat, air filter and free flow exhaust system.. looking for a little more power so whats the maximum safest bhp you reckon I could get it to? Its not been RRd but im guessing its running around 130bhp at the moment? let me know what you think! cheers! Wil

    not really iv put the struts on and the sdi's in twice (after a compression leak on the second one grrrr!) hahaha
    iv got all the bits to do the front brakes but im confident enough to do them on my own and i still need to put the decat on and up the boost and a few bits and bats
    do you know a cheap mechanic round here or are you taking on work? and hows things at your end?

    yer its going well mate iv got all the bits and bobs now just need some legal tyres then i can fly down to j31 and get the exhaust of luke
    iv got some suspension bits aswell =]
    did you get the spi off the lad from lowestoft?

    the addendums are mega hard to get hold of as far as i know they only came as standard on the gsi models that are rare enough it might look better when its dropped a bit
    and yer they cook pretty quick i had to water them down when we went for a blast down the woodhead pass hahaha

    im looking for zr struts and springs now . . . when will it end??

    Been writing more music today

    Missing my studio gear, only got a copy of cubase to get me by and it shows.

    But nevermind, things are looking up on the cra front. My VP37-F frankenpump is completed and should be fitted before the week is out. Lovely. Hopefully we'l be able to kick the arse of the VP30 once and for all. It's been getting on my balls much too long.

    If my pump fails to provide, there are other ways around the problem. As this was the first...

    We all know how diesel engines work, and everyone who follows L series tuning with any more than humour in mind, will have made a few observations. Before going into depth on the FrankenPump, just want to make some of these observations clear, in a starting post.

    VP30 Injection pump = more power.
    VP37 Injection Pump = less power.

    Now before some smartass jumps down my throat and says I'm being generalised, and not taking into account modifications...well...

    Er, that's it I think. I might use this place as a bit of a playground for the stuff I darn't mention in the forums. Like paraffin injection. And stuff.
